       We are glad you have come to visit us here at First Christian Church via our web site. We are a non denominational, Independent Christian Church located in So. Central Kansas, dedicated to ministering to families and individuals from throughout the area. Though we are an independent congregation of believers we are part of the fellowship of churches historically aligned with the Restoration Movement. Sedgwick is located on the Sedgwick - Harvey Co. line approximately 15 miles north of the greater Wichita metropolitan area. In a community of 1500, the church here draws members from both the city as well as other surrounding communities and rural areas. We have a very active congregation and a full offering of programs for the whole family, but most important of all we have a constant commitment to preaching and teaching the Word of God. If you're ever in the area we would love to have you visit us at one of our services. But for now you can visit us with a click of the mouse through the marvels of the web!

Nurseries

Your young children are welcome in our nurseries during Sunday School and Worship services.

Infant Nursery: Birth-Walker
Toddler Nursery: Walker-3 year olds

Both nurseries are available during Sunday School and Sunday Worship Service. Nurseries are also available on Wednesday evening from 6:15-7:30 PM.
